![]() ![]() UPSIDE DOWN TURNED BLOCKS!!! now ALL the blocks are upright. Vertical rotator would require adding a new game feature. (the rotating could easily be performed on lifters tho.) very different game and insanley more complex. it would also mean having conveyers with belts on left or right side after turning with upwards or downwards belt (WHAT oO? a nice thing to have). so this would have the consequence of turned "everything" automatically, welders, lasers, conveyers, leaving the specific upsidedown welders and inverted conveyeres and sensors obsolete. (you can turn building blocks while building yourself with Q E along the Z axis ONLY!) the addition of vertical rotators would automatically add x AND y rotating meaning creating 6x4=24 possible "states" of blocks compared to 4! this would also mean it would be possible to turn every BUILDINGBLOCK (unless they would be exlcuded from these rotators - but that would be strange too since you can do everything else with them and what happens if they are welded to pieces.?). block objects have probably 4 possbile orientation attributes atm. whole new level of game mechanic entirely, since i am sure this is not programmed in the game at all. imagine input blocks would require them to put them in correct z orientation. Would allow you to make more logic-oriented machines that drop down to weld/eviscerate objects so that you don't have to fiddle with lifters on pushers.
